All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates and Methods

 

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Locations

• Domestic (USA): We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories.

• International: We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Ember and Earth is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly. Address Accuracy

 

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect address information provided during checkout. RETURN POLICY

At Ember and Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

 

Return Eligibility

• We accept returns only on unopened and unused items.

• Items must be in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your item meets the above criteria and you’d like to return it, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@emberandearthco.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Products must be returned with original packaging and all contents (e.g., boxes, tags, labels).

• We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Final Sale Items

 

Please note that all sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any products purchased during flash sales, seasonal promotions, or items marked as non-returnable at checkout.
